This attractively presented dish is a wonderful addition to any vegetarian menu. You can scale this up as to become a maincourse too. Make the most of autumn pumpkins and squashes although you could also use celeriac or potato. more 

  Caramelised Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

When pears are carmelised they take on a completely new dimension to their flavour profile. This is a great salad. The pears can be caramelised in advance and the salad put together at the last minute. more 

  Luxury Christmas Pudding

This recipe could possibly serve eight, but it's so delicious I would play it safe and allow for six.
Replace the beef suet with vegetable suet for a vegetarian friendly version. Couldn't be easier to make this. You'll never go back to a shop bought pudding again. more
 

  Mild Creamy Curry Sauce

Now you can make your own delicious curries at home. This sauce does take a while to make if you want that authentic taste, however, make it in large batches and stick it in the freezer. You can then take out a few portions up knock up a homemade curry in 20 minutes.

Although it may seem a large amount of Ghee, this is in fact the secret. Without the ghee the flavours do not develop and once the sauce is complete you can drain off any surplus. more

You don't need a Tandoor to bake this moist and dreamy naan bread. You can make it under the grill in a matter of minutes and served fresh it is a perfect accompaniment to and Indian meal. more
